Venice is beautiful. Staff was ok overall. Otherwise checking ourselves in a luggage storage facility would have probably been more comfortable and at least 10 times cheaper.

Great location, excellent front desk service, and staff were very helpful and polite. We were able to get a water taxi to the hotel and also from right outside the Hotel on the day of our departure. G
